Step I. Incentive Contest

Czechoair Company acquired a lucrative order for a supply of ultra light jets. To satisfy the demand, the company is forced to increase production within next three months by some 10%. It is necessary to motivate the workers to increase work productivity during their regular work hours due to a lack of qualified labor force. Therefore the company's management turned to Europeak Company with a request for a completion of an incentive competition.

Company Europeak proposed a three-month company incentive contest called "Fly to Hawaii". A reward for ten most productive employees is a twelve-day incentive journey with an additional exclusive program, fully paid by the employer.

- full time employment   - accuracy   - minimum increase of a daily production by 10%   - maximum rejection 2%

Course of the contest:

  - the beginning of the contest will be announce by a general director at a company meeting, where he will inform the employees
    about the lucrative order and the incentive contest
  - running results of the contest will be monitored by a human resources director in two week cycles and will be presented in a written
    form in the company cafeteria
  - the results of the contest will be announced in a presence of the company's management. General director will give the ten best
    ones vouchers for a journey and a confirmation of an extra vacation
